iLearn Collaborative empowers educators to succeed.
Developed by and for educators, our suite of services builds educator capacity to implement flexible teaching into ever-changing learning environments. All iLearn Collaborative (iLC) services are based on research and 100+ years of collective experience in education focused on K-12 school and district leadership and classroom instruction in online, hybrid, and in-person learning environments.
We work schools, districts, and charter organizations, and personalize every service, including:
Comprehensive Needs Assessment (CNA)
Through our multi-step process, iLC consultants — all former school leaders and educators — work with you to determine the root causes of challenges and compile a report to detail priorities, recommendations, and next steps. CNAs provide you with the opportunity to receive a research-based actionable analysis performed by a model-agnostic third party.
Leadership Support
iLC provides your leaders with strategies to support teachers as they participate in a teacher-focused professional development process. Our coaching is aligned to a Thought Partnership model that allows you to reflect on your needs and the needs of your staff and the best support for effective implementation.
Teacher Coaching
The iLC coaching model is learner-centric and non-evaluative, emphasizing how teachers might support learning to increase overall student achievement. Available both in-person and virtually, our delivery is customized to meet the needs of your school and team.
In-Person & Virtual Workshops
iLC onsite and virtual workshops support your district and school goals and are tailored to your teachers’ specific learning needs. Participants will receive hands-on training in instructional best practices from expert learning facilitators. Ongoing training following our workshops is provided through iLC’s professional development courses and ongoing coaching.
Online Professional Development
All iLC courses align and comply with various national standards in the development and support of digital learning environments. All courses are university accredited and offer graduate credit in addition to certificated professional development clock hours.
“It is great to have direction, input, and accountability from someone who has vast experience in the same field.”
