This course provides school and district leaders with a comprehensive understanding of how artificial intelligence impacts educational systems. Through an exploration of AI fundamentals, ethical considerations, equity implications, and implementation frameworks, participants will learn to develop responsible, research-aligned AI policies that support both innovation and protection. By the end of this course, leaders will be prepared to guide AI decision-making in their district, support educators in responsible use, and design systems-level strategies that ensure safe and effective adoption.
