Professional Learning Services

Instructional Coaching

iLearn Collaborative’s instructional coaching pairs content experts with teachers. Our coaching model is student-centered and non-evaluative, taking the focus off the teacher and emphasizing how students can be supported to increase overall academic achievement. Available both in-person and virtually, our delivery is customized to meet the needs of your school and staff.

Teachers collaborate with iLC’s expert practitioners to establish instructional objectives that are aligned with the priorities of a school or district, while also fostering opportunities for teachers to define their own individual goals.

Additional teacher coaching services include, but are not limited to:

  • Data analysis
  • Lesson planning support
  • Follow-up coaching to support trainings/workshops
  • Modeling and observations
  • Grade-level or department team facilitation

Leadership Support Services

Research shows that effective educational reform is dependent on effective leadership. iLC provides leadership support services that includes thought partnerships, coaching, and resources to identify and enhance leadership capacity to plan and implement targeted, systemic learning solutions. We provide your school and district leaders with strategies to support new initiatives, board relations, compliance, and leading district- or school-wide professional development, just to name a few.

Our leadership support services are aligned to thought partnership models that allow leaders to reflect on their needs and the needs of their staff, and strategize ways to best support them in effective implementation. Based on your district or school needs, the services can be conducted in one-on-one sessions and/or in leadership team sessions.

Examples of areas of support include, but are not limited to:

  • Strategic planning to design, build, and implement online and blended instructional models
  • Leadership assessment and executive coaching
  • Implementation of district/school improvement plans
  • Classroom walkthroughs and observation support
  • Meeting facilitation and stakeholder engagement

  • Project-based learning support
  • Year-over-year analysis
  • Leader learning networks that pool resources and expertise
“The consulting process is an external infusion that has given our work heightened exposure to a wider range of leadership and schools. Without this process, we would have likely continued to bump into the walls of opposition.”
