This course aims to help educators learn effective techniques for trauma-informed teaching. The primary objective is to establish a classroom atmosphere that prioritizes consistency and routines, thereby increasing students' confidence in their learning. Teachers will focus on building strong relationships with their students and improving their self-confidence through a variety of methods, including low-pressure practice, personalized learning, data-driven customization, incorporating technology, and gamification. These strategies are designed to boost student engagement and counteract the negative impacts of remote learning on student performance.
