iLearn Collaborative is the state-approved provider of consulting and professional learning services under Colorado Empowered Learning (CEL). CEL is the implementation support program funded by the Colorado State Legislature. The program aims to help educators statewide combine the use of technology with great instructional practices and student-centered learning to enhance equity and access in PK-12 education.
iLC provides consulting and professional learning services to the Kentucky Online Learning Experience Collaborative, a partnership between Kentucky Educational Television (KET) and the Kentucky Department of Education. The collaborative connects online/virtual programs across the state and provides the support they need to ensure they provide high-quality online learning experiences for all full-time enrolled online students.
iLearn Collaborative (iLC) provides professional learning services for educators in Hawaii, meeting the Hawaii Department of Education’s Sheltered Instruction Qualification (SIQ) and reclassification requirements. As an approved provider and a platinum sponsor for the Annual Conference for Catholic School Educators (ACCE), we offer tailored virtual and onsite workshops, instructional coaching, and specialized online courses. These services equip educators with the skills to enhance instructional practices and support English Language Learners (ELLs) across Hawaii schools.

Our focus on blended learning, effective technology integration, and high-quality digital content has empowered educators through virtual and onsite workshops, as well as online courses. By supporting these schools, iLC helps educators enhance instructional practices and fully leverage the potential of technology in the classroom.
iLC successfully delivered a comprehensive suite of professional learning services tailored to enhance the instructional practices and leadership capabilities of educators. Through a combination of instructional coaching, virtual and onsite workshop training, we focused on critical areas, including data analysis, data-based grading, creating digital content for the online learning environment, and Working Genius leadership training. Our efforts have empowered educators to improve student outcomes and foster effective leadership.
