This course is designed to empower educational support staff with the knowledge and skills to effectively use AI tools. Focusing on practical, evidence-based strategies, participants will learn how AI can streamline interventions, improve communication, and provide data-driven insights to personalize student support. Through interactive activities and real-world applications, participants will build confidence in understanding how AI functions as a partner by improving efficiency, informing decision-making, and contributing to more responsive and effective student support. By the end of the course, participants will be equipped to begin leveraging AI tools to improve workflow and positively impact student outcomes.
