iLC’s Flex Courses provide educators with flexible, targeted professional development designed to meet a variety of professional growth needs. These self-paced, non-facilitated courses offer 10–15 clock hours and are ideal for educators seeking step increases, licensure renewal, or skill development without pursuing college credit. These are non-facilitated courses, so there are no assignments to submit for grading. Instead, learners engage with short knowledge checks and assessments to reinforce understanding. Each course culminates in a certificate of completion, allowing educators to efficiently build expertise and document their learning on their own schedule.
