- Description
MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Supports) is an educational framework developed to offer targeted and systematic assistance to students with varying levels of needs within a K-5 (Kindergarten through 5th grade) school environment. By integrating MTSS in K-5 schools, educators can better cater to the unique requirements of their students, ensuring that they receive the necessary support and resources for both academic and social success. This course focuses on exploring the design, function, and application of MTSS, specifically in elementary schools (K-5). Participants will acquire insights into the best practices of MTSS and how to effectively put in place a successful MTSS framework.
This course is worth 30 PD clock hours or 2 graduate-level credits.
