In this course, participants will gain insights into the skills that students need to acquire to become self-directed learners. They will be encouraged to contemplate the concept of ""skill development"" and its significance, analyze how skill development contributes to autonomous learning for an enhanced quality of life, and become acquainted with assessment methods that facilitate the development of autonomous learning skills. The course primarily draws on research and techniques related to Fontan Relational Education, which is a personalized and autonomous educational model known for its success in enhancing students' academic performance.
