In this course, students will grasp the concept of social-emotional learning (SEL) for adults and its role in assisting educators. Through this program, enrollees will learn how to create a plan that incorporates strategies aimed at enhancing job satisfaction and boosting self-esteem. Throughout the course, participants will establish goals aligned with the five SEL competencies, facilitate the development of learning objectives that map out steps to achieve their goals, and engage in mindfulness practices to address their personal needs while working towards these goals.
