Leadership Support Services

Research shows that effective educational reform is dependent on effective leadership. iLC provides leadership support services that includes thought partnerships, coaching, and resources to identify and enhance leadership capacity to plan and implement targeted, systemic learning solutions. We provide your school and district leaders with strategies to support new initiatives, board relations, compliance, and leading district- or school-wide professional development, just to name a few. 

Our leadership support services are aligned to thought partnership models that allow leaders to reflect on their needs and the needs of their staff, and strategize ways to best support them in effective implementation. Based on your district or school needs, the services can be conducted in one-on-one sessions and/or in leadership team sessions.

About the WORKSHOPS

iLearn Collaborative provides both virtual and on-site workshops aimed at supporting professional development. During these workshops, participants gain practical experience in student-centered instructional best practices facilitated by experts in blended and personalized learning.

These workshops are customized to meet the specific learning needs of your teachers. Following each workshop, continuous training is offered through enrollment in iLC’s online professional development courses. Certificates for professional development clock hours and graduate-level credits are available for most on-site training workshops, accredited through Adams State University.
